Reflections |
Reflections is a National PTA arts contest open to students in grades pre-K through 12th grade. While the primary focus of Reflections is a celebration of creativity through positive recognition, finalists from local PTAs will move on to their council PTA (if applicable), then finalists from councils will move on to the state round. Washington State PTA finalists who receive an “Outstanding Interpretation” award will advance to the National PTA round. |
Participate in the PTSA Reflections program by submitting your completed works of art in one or all available art categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts (2D). Students may submit in as many arts categories as they would like, but just one piece per category.
Get started with your Reflections work. Rules can be found here: |

Reminder About PTSA Fundraising |
We don’t want you to get sick of us, but… ♥️🖤 As we mentioned in our last update, ASB is facing some big funding challenges this year. During COVID and the years that followed, many school programs were on pause, and the limited costs were covered by reserves and ASB card purchases. But now everything’s back up and running - sports, music, clubs, field trips - and inflation (plus district budget cuts) means costs have climbed. That’s why you’re hearing from us a bit more. PTSA is able to help support the school's ASB funds, and this year we’re working to fill a $75,000 gap in order to support the things that make Redmond Middle so special - from buses that get our students to events, to band assistants, library resources, and teacher grants. We promise not to flood your inbox, and we know not everyone can give financially - truly, that’s okay. Every family supports this community in their own way, whether that’s volunteering, cheering from the stands, or donating when able. If you can contribute this time, please help us keep our programs strong and our students thriving. |
