• RMS second season athletes don’t forget that Boys Basketball tryouts are today from 2:30 – 5:30 and Girls are tomorrow from 2:30 – 5:30. Please make sure that you have arranged for a ride to pick you up. If you have any questions see either Mr. Mahendran in portable #1.

 

  • As you might know, the Veterans Day Assembly is coming up. Many students and staff have relatives that served in the military and we would like to honor them at our assembly. If you know a veteran and would like them to be recognized in the assembly send a picture and a brief description of the veteran to Ehan Mirza at S-EMIRZA@lwsd.org . Thanks for your participation in honoring our veterans.

 

  • Applications for the RMS Musical, Guys and Dolls, are now available online and at the attendance office! Forms are due today or tomorrow. Come be a part of this fun Broadway show!

 

  • Tennis Teams Members, Great job on the season. If you did not pick up your party invitation for next Tuesday, you can get one from student services. Turn your jersey in at the party if you still have it.

 

  • Badminton reminder that our team party is today after school in the commons. See Coach Chandler if you have any questions.

 

  • The PACE parade is just around the corner. Does your PACE class have their flag ready? What about their PACE pride costume?  There are only a few days left to get your PACE Pride in order.  We can’t wait to see all your school spirit on Tuesday at our PACE Parade.  Our wonderful and generous PTSA has once again donated some yummy treats.  See you there.  

 

  • Spirit week is next week leading up to our first school social on Friday November 3rd. tomorrow, show your PACE pride by wearing your parade costume, on Wednesday it’s color wars. Show your school spirit with RMS colors.  On Thursday wear your favorite sports jersey and on Friday, it’s all pink for the pink out at the social. 

 

  • Congratulations to 12 outstanding musicians from our music department. They prepared auditions and were selected from hundreds of applicants from across the State of Washington to participate in the 2018 Jr. All State Band, Choir, and Orchestra event in February.
