* 3rd season athletes remember that your sports season starts on Thursday. Please make sure you have your athletic clothing and any other equipment you might need with you and you report to the gym right after school. Wrestling Practice will end at 4:30 and Basketball will end at 5:00. Please see Mr. Mahendran in portable number 1 if you have any questions.

* Come to the library to have a sneak peek at the Advance Reader Editions of books. Look and leave a plus sign on the post-it if you think it’s a book the library should have! Help make selections for the library collection!

* Students if you are no longer taking a class that you have a text book for please return it to the library.

This week we are talking about Eastern Michigan University where Mrs. Palmer attended college and graduated with a degree in special education for emotional impairment and a minor in communications and theater arts. Eastern Michigan University is located in Ypsilanti Michigan. Mrs. Palmer chose this college because it felt like home. It was a big college with a very small college feel. Interesting fact about EMU had three different mascots – the Normalite’s, the Huron’s, and the Eagles.
